Returns
Every Anchor cap is made to order — there's no warehouse, no stockpile, no inventory we can resell. All sales are final, with one exception: defects.
Defects: full refund or replacement, no questions
Stitching unraveling, embroidery off-center, wrong color, damaged in transit — email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll either refund you or send a replacement. Your choice. We respond within one business day.
Everything else: final sale
Buyer's remorse, changed-your-mind, didn't-like-it-on — none of these are return-eligible. Caps are one-size-adjustable, so fit issues are rare; if you genuinely think something went wrong, email us and we'll look at it case by case.
How to start a return
Email hello@anchorhats.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. We respond within one business day.
What we can't take back
- Caps that have been worn or washed
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Buyer's remorse, fit complaints, or "changed my mind"
- International orders (we'll cover defects but can't pay return shipping)
